Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of assisted living.
Performs safety checks on residents as needed.
Ensures that all meds are taken at their directed times.
Performs daily progress reports on residents.
Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
Preparing meals daily.
Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills.
The ability to provide care across a variety of settings, including group homes and day service programs.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Licensed CNA (Preferred)
Valid Drivers License.
Proof of Auto Insurance.

Additional Training once hired:

Restrictive Interventions.
Opioid Overdose Prevention.
COPSD.
Critical Incident Reporting.
PCRP.
